Association of counsel

If you have, or are considering taking, a gentamicin case, we are available for association. We have formerly, or are currently associated with firms in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arkansas, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma, Oregon and Washington, on gentamicin cases. We prefer to focus on the medical aspects of the case, and have local counsel focus on damages and lay witnesses. We generally want to take the liability and causation expert depositions, and to examine these witnesses at trial. In most circumstances, local counsel is better suited to take the role of lead counsel at trial, but we are potentially open to any division of labor.

Although we have entered into a number of arrangements with other counsel, we have no fixed division of fees. Each case requires a different level of involvement, both in time and resources.

I am always interested in discussing these cases with other plaintiff’s counsel, even if there is no association.
